    During this pandemic many people watch shows and movies to keep themselves entertained. There are hundreds of different shows and genres to choose from. My favorite shows are The Vampire Diaries, The Flash, and 13 Reason Why. These shows are good for anyone one who is over the age of 13. My favorite tv shows of all time are very entertaining, keep you in suspense, and have a lot of drama. I will be giving you three recommendation ideas you can choose to watch in this article.

    The Vampire Diaries is the best drama, fantasy, teen show. This show revolves around the main character named Elan Gilbert who lives in Mystic Fall Virginia. You meet a lot of new characters throughout the show all with a purpose.There are many cliffhangers and sad moments in this 8 season long tv show, but every episode is worth it! This also shows many points of view, and another good part about watching this show is there are two more spinoffs so when you finish The Vampire Diaries you can watch Originals and Legacies in that order. Everything comes together when you watch all shows. This show is one of the best shows ever made and I will choose this show every time.

    The Flash is a good drama and comedy, and action show. The Flash is part of a spin off series sadly this is the second spin off show. There is Arrow, Flash, Super Girl, Legends of DC, and Batwoman and all of them are connected and are very interesting.The Flash is about Barry Allen who is the main character who has super speed and faces many challenges. This show is very action packed and is great to watch, it also has some really good cliff hangers throughout the show. I recommend this show for people who like heroes and action.
13 reasons why is more of a serious show. This show has characters that go through real problems in real life situations such as addiction, suicide, and many more problems. This show is about a girl named Hanna Baker who committed suicided and left tapes, each tape is a reason why she killed herself. Clay Jensson is also a main character who goes through a lot of challenges. This show also lets you know that you are never alone in this world no matter what. I don't recommend this show for anyone who does not want to be exposed to mature concepts like depression and suicide.  
    Tv  shows and movies distract you from reality and everyone needs that some times. The Vampire Diaries, The Flash, and 13 Reasons Why are really good shows and have a great plot and are over all entertaining. During this pandemic people are watching so many shows/movies and are running out of shows/movies ideas so now you have some recommendations. The best part of The Vampire Diaries and the shows there are shows after it. If you’re interested in starting The Flash, I would watch Arrow first or it won't make sense. The shows are part of a connected universe,  so try watching them around the same time.I hope you enjoy these shows as much as I did or maybe even more!
