10. Minnesota Timberwolves

The Twolves are a strong up and comer this 

season. Some great players are forging their 

path to success this year. 

Anthony Edwards, a well known superstar

 leads them with helpful aid from 

Rudy Gobert and Jaylen Clark. Their head

 coach is Chris Finch.

9. Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are a pretty powerful 

team with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Myles 

Turner, and Kyle Kuzma. They have a 

strong base team and a good setup for the 

NBA championship with Doc Rivers as their 

head coach.

8. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets are a strong 

team after making a blockbuster 

trade for Kevin Durant with the Phoenix Suns.

 They have a good NBA Championship 

caliber team with Kevin Durant, Amen Thompson,  

and Fred VanVleet. The head coach is Ime Udoka.

7. San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs are a tough

team by starting off the season hot. 

Luckily for them they have the

 young star Victor Wembenyama. 

He is aided by De’Aaron Fox, and 

Dylan Harper. Victor Wembenyama 

is coming out of the gate strong and 

really setting the Spurs’ level of play.

The head coach is Mitch Johnson.

6. Detroit Pistons

The Detroit Pistons are a strong contender 

after last year's momentum. They are a 

young team with talent and momentum 

after a tight series with the Knicks. They are 

led by Cade Cunningham, Ausar Thompson,

 and Jaden Ivy. The head coach is J.B. Bickerstaff.

5. Denver Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets are a  tough team to

 beat with some great players. Nikola Jokic 

a triple double machine with some reliable 

aid of Jamal Murray and Cameron Jones. 

The head coach is David Adelman.

4. Los Angeles Lakers

The LA Lakers are a power house team

 after making a big trade for Doncic last 

season. Led by LeBron James and Luka 

Doncic with help from Austin Reaves.

They have a strong playoff caliber team. 

The head coach is J.J. Redick.

3. Cleveland Cavaliers

 

The Cleveland Cavaliers are a tough 

contender this year. After coming off 

of a season as the best team in the East,

 they have a good chance. They are led by 

Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland 

and Evan Mobley. Their head coach 

is Kevin Atkinson.

2. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks are a strong 

contender this year. Now, they are 

under new leadership after 

Thom Thibodeau was let loose. 

The Knicks, who had a good run

 last year, are led by 

Jalen Brunson, Karl Anthony Towns, 

and Josh Hart. Jalen Brunson and 

Karl Anthony Towns are a dynamic

duo that will be pretty hard to beat.

Their head coach is Mike Brown.

1. Oklahoma City Thunder

The OKC Thunder are a dominant

team with a LOT of momentum 

after winning the NBA Finals last 

season. The Thunder are set up 

for success while being led by 

Shai Gilgeous Alexander, Chet Holmgren, 

and Jalen Williams. Their head coach is 

Mark Daigneault.
